Additional Doula Services

On call 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks.  Continual emotional & physical support for your labor and birth; includes 2 90 minute prenatal visits (including one home visit if you are planning a home birth, or would like postpartum prep support) immediate postpartum care, 1 90 minute postpartum visit. Additional Childbirth Education and Postpartum Planning & Preparation available.

In home care, emotional, physical recovery support, meal planning & prep, cooking, light housekeeping, lactation support, postpartum education, family & sibling support, baby care, pet care, errands and more as agreed upon, within the scope of my practice, referrals for further support as needed.

Ayurvedic doula care focuses primarily on the FIRST 42 DAYS following birth (extended care is available if desired.) Aside from the all the support I offer in my general postpartum care, as an Ayurvedic doula, I will support you with Ayurvedic healing, recovery and self care measures such as; Ayurvedic meal planning, prep & cooking, support with dinacharya (daily Ayurvedic self care such as herbal bath soaks, belly wrapping, Abhyanga warm oil self massage) and pranayama (breathwork and meditative work), as well as Individualized herbal care, Abhyanga (warm oil massage), infant Abhyanga massage education and Ayurvedic lactation support.
